1. General Guidelines:
a. Please use common sense. If you are not feeling well or have a fever please stay home. A no-touch thermometer is available at the group.
b. Please maintain distancing of at least 6 feet at all times.
c. Chairs should remain 6 feet away from all other chairs and should not be moved or rearranged.
d. According to CDC guidelines and the governor’s restrictions, we have room for 25 people.
e. Wearing of masks is required. The group has a supply of disposable masks. If you forget yours, please use one provided.
f. No snacks or food. Coffee and water will not be provided by the group.
g. Please use hand sanitizer provided by the group.
h. The kitchen will be closed and will NOT be cleaned/sanitized after each meeting.
i. 6 feet distancing should be maintained while entering or leaving the group space.
j. The 7th Tradition basket will be left on the chairperson’s table for donations.
k. Books that are supplied by the group can be used at each individual’s discretion; however, the books should be returned to the book rack by the person using them at the end of the meeting.
l. Zoom meetings will continue to be held per the schedule approved by the group conscience. Each meeting will be responsible for choosing it’s own meeting chairperson.
2. Cleaning Protocols:
a. Cleaning and sanitizing will occur after each meeting.
b. Disinfect all surfaces such as counter tops, table tops, door handles, chairs, podium, microphone, meeting guide book, chairs. Each chair being used in the meeting should be sanitized by the person who used it. Individuals are responsible for disposal of their own trash.
c. Either the chairperson or their designee should be last out and wipe down door handles and locks.
d. Cleaning supplies to be supplied by the group include mop, bucket, disinfectant sprays and wipes, spray bottles, gloves, paper towels and hand sanitizer.
e. The building’s cleaning crew is cleaning all common areas including restrooms; however,
they are not sanitizing. If you need to utilize any of the facilities, please feel free to use a
wipe provided by the group.
2. Signage and Communications:
a. Signs will be posted at different locations within the group and on the front door listing all
Items approved by the group conscience.
b. Communicate via website and blast emails.
